Today, I am not a millionaire and I am not going to retire
from my morning job, but I think I have reached my first
target: to become known, to be able to offer valuable
goodies, and to create a good mailing list - for which I
thank you ALL. YOU - as a team and every one of you
separately- are indeed my good friends on this journey.
Note: I DO NOT compare myself to some Big Names, like Jimmy
D. Brown, Terry Dean, Yanik Silver, Allen Says, and others.
But I am convinced that I'll do it by the end of 2004:-)
Enough said about me. Now... Let's talk about YOU.
Who are you? What do you want to do in life? What's YOUR
passion? What do YOU know better than others? How do you
THINK you can make a difference and make a profit from the
Net? What's YOUR profit-plan?
I received an email message from a frustrated subscriber
who got tired testing and testing quick-money-making-schemes.
He was really disappointed by some Big Names and told me that
he could even write an ebook with his experiences. He wanted to
tell newbies on the Net what to avoid, who to trust, and what NOT
to buy. I told him that was a terrific idea! Even your NEGATIVE
experiences and your LACK of knowledge can make you money!
The main reason people do not succeed on the Net is NOT
because they can't succeed. It's because they don't DO
something to succeed and they DON'T ACT. As Jim Edwards
says in his ebook, there is ALWAYS one writer inside your

Since ebooks are
the best and most affordable way to deliver YOUR knowledge
and YOUR experiences, create your ebook and make money from
it.
You do not have to SELL your first ebook. Actually, you
must NOT sell your first ebook. You must make it viral and
give it away for free.
That means:
- You must choose a subject that sells on the Net today.
- You must keep the navigation and the structure of your ebook simple.
- You must offer your ebook for free.
- Your readers must be able to brand it and to give it to their readers
for free.
The best part is that writing an ebook is a PIECE OF
CAKE... Believe me! You don't even have to WRITE a single
word - if you do not want to or feel that you cannot write
it.
Here is what you should do:
- Collect articles that are offered with reprint rights and
create a nice collection with them.
- Transform the articles into html pages and create a
Table of Contents.
- Get an ebook compiler and compile the pages.

Now, here comes the "viral" element of your ebook:
You must offer free customization rights to everyone that
downloads the ebook from your site.
That's easy too. The ebook compiler I suggested to you
above comes with a re-brander application. Just follow the
instructions on how to offer a brandible version and your
ebook will work for you in the future.
Your first aim would be to increase the number of your
subscribers.
Thus, get an autoresponder service, create a subscription
form, and offer your unique ebook as a bonus to your
subscribers.

Once people start subscribing to your newsletter, create a
NEW ebook the same way I described to you and offer it both
to your existing subscribers and also as a 2nd bonus to
your new subscribers.
Then repeat the process with your 3rd ebook.
I can give you a GUARANTEE that this method will bring you
1000s of subscribers. The time it will take you to reach
this number of subscribers depends on how unique the subject
of your ebook is. But I can assure you this is a winning process.
Remember this: CAPR
Creation + Automation + Promotion + Repetition are the
words you must remember.
Creation: Never stop. EVERY collection of articles is
unique. Just collect the best ones for your subject and
create your unique ebook.
Automation: Make it easy for you and your readers to get
the ebook AND to subscribe to your newsletter.
Promotion: Post your messages to forums and to Usenet,
include the subscription email address of your newsletter
autoresponder to your email signature, sign guest books,
write a review in Amazon.com or other sites. When
participating in forums, use your signature to collect
subscribers for your email tutorial. Include the email
address of your autoresponder and NOT the URL of your
website. The people that subscribe to your email tutorial
will eventually visit your website.
Repetition: Repeat the whole process with your new ebook.
Do not believe in "free leads" and "instant subscribers."
Do not trust the easy ways of creating a "huge" mailing
list.
I have done what I have described to you. I am not going to
stop because this is a PROVEN tactic for long-term AND
stable viral marketing results.
Your first aim is to increase the number of your
subscribers. Remember this. Remember CAPR.
And your first aim is to Act - Now.
